B.M.O Funko Pop

Starting off with something green. Yupz, a B.M.O funko pop review. In Malaysia, the name Funko itself is really not that familiar or even popular. You might not even heard of it before. I won't go in depth on how it all started and etc etc etc. Guess you can get more info here ----->Funko???

But in the recent years, it has gradually gain popularity in Malaysia. Funko has been producing quite a number of anime, cartoon, drama & movie series figurines you might come across before. I mean look at it "bulat-bulat" figure, a rounded, mini version of the full size character. Who doesn't love it? Except if it is a mini version of me. Hahahaha.

Ok , before i start, i have a confession to be made. I did a very bad job photographing this. Bear with me.

This is if not mistaken the first edition? I'm not so sure. First saw it few years back via Cartoon Network. The box was made of soft cardboard and the number 52 represents BMO. Normal matte to slight glossy paint. But if u damaged it with water, i'm sure watermarks will appear on the box.

It's made in China, (obviously what is not made in CHINA?? )The cartoon logo ' Adventure Time' is on the box together with the creator of the cartoon ' Federator'. BMO's head peeks thru at the bottom and the top of the box. Isn't that cute?

If you're wondering why the difference contrast in pics? Well, it was taken on a different day from the box pic. So the finish is a semi gloss finish in green almost blue. So far, the paint job in mine is almost smooth with no major bumps here and there. BMO's face is a matte finish. The legs and arms are not movable. Trust me i did research on this. Kinda true to BMO's character almost. The figure stands around 2.5 x 2.5 x 3.8 inch.

There are a few release editions special ones  which might or might not be available at our soil.

BEHOLD!!!

No major complaints here but the one thing i will like to highlight is the PRICE.

Early this year the Funko range was sold in Parkson Pavillion for the price of RM65. I was hunting for Finn and Jake. Review here. Limited choices however. It might still be there, not sure need to check it out. But it's so far......

Anyway, below are the few options where you can buy them in Malaysia, depending on the edition of Funko release, the newest one are much more expensive. Chotto, i haven't say the main point. The main point is..Cartoon Network click pls. Right Right, price is only about USD15. Hmmm it seems that price has increased? Early this year i saw it was on crazy sale at below USD10 even. HAHAHAHAHAH. Conversion given still much cheaper than Malaysia. Yaaaaa but NO FREAKING DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY!!!!.

So, if you had any idea where to source for a cheaper one. Let me know ;).

Sellers taken from the internet.

But really not all figures is up to my bulat bulat cuteness. For example Sailormoon Funko. I cannot, really cannot accept Sailormoon Image on FUNKO!!! It's totally RUIN!!!. Lol i have my opinion, you have yours ya.

- Peace Out-
